We are centrally located, right across the street from campus and International House, with a bus stop directly in front of the property. 

We are 5 minutes away from Trader Joes, 10 minutes away from the ARC, and 6 minutes away from Downtown Davis (A Street). 

Who we are

CA House runs a small intentional living community focused in the UC Davis area. 

We individually lease single and double rooms in shared townhomes to students looking for a safe, supportive, community focused environment to be their home away from home.

Single rooms range from 100-120 square feet and double rooms range from 120-140 square feet, not counting the closets. 

All double rooms are rented furnished, and there are a select number of furnished single rooms still available.

The furniture provided is dorm style solid wood furniture consisting of a twin XL bed and mattress, dresser, desk, and chair. Each room has either a 6-foot long closet with sliding pocket doors, or a walk in closet.

There is also at least one standard size, functional, energy efficient window with wooden blinds in every bedroom.

Every house is outfitted with a full size washer and dryer, central heat and air, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, several shared storage and linen closets, and high speed WiFi. 

There are free community meals every Wednesday from 7-8:30 PM, and several opportunities throughout the year to attend other programs and events such as movie nights, game nights, or community day trips.

There is a food pantry on site with food, fresh veggies, and personal care items freely available to community members in need at all times.

Parking is available for $40 a month, and bike storage is both plentiful and free!
