For any Tennessee State students looking for off-campus housing in Nashville, you’re in luck! Students at TSU are blessed with a year-round leasing cycle. Like most traditional city markets, apartments and houses lease all year long with tons of options throughout the year.
Unlike many other campuses nationwide, some of which see students signing leases a year in advance from their move-in date, students at Tennessee State have plenty of time to search, meaning less stress and scrambling to find a place. We suggest starting in the Spring semester so that you can secure something for the summer or upcoming Fall semester!
