As we've mentioned, Campus Corner is a very popular spot for OU students. But that doesn't mean every place is the best. A few years back, the OU Daily ran an article on Campus Corner bars and restaurants that have run into the most problems with the health code over the years:
Maybe avoid those places and stick with some that haven't been so gross. If you're a fan of nature, hiking, biking or anything else outdoors, check out the Lake Thunderbird State Park. The park has two marinas and plenty of room for camping, hiking or just sitting by the lake and taking in the sights.Campus Corner is a big hot spot for college students that attend the University of Oklahoma. O'Connell's Irish Push is a popular spot for college students and considered the hub of Campus Corner, but there are a variety of other bars and restaurants in the area that are packed every Friday and Saturday night.
