Renting Off-Campus Housing in Greenville, NC


What you’re looking for in terms of off-campus housing at East Carolina University will determine when you need to start your house hunting. If you’re looking for big bedroom houses that are close to campus, you should start searching around November- but the majority of the renting takes place after students get back from winter break, between January and March. Larger apartments near campus that have more units and fancy amenities don't typically fill up until after spring break. However, as the old adage goes,  the early bird gets the worm so if you want to lock down the best place, don’t sleep on it!

As to be expected, living alone is going to be the most expensive option, but still isn’t too shabby if you prefer your own space.
