1GB  fiber optic internet is available in every unit for purchase from MaxxSouth!  This means that if you need remote classes from MSU, YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST BROADBAND COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE!  In addition,  the Brownsville Station complex is spread out over 5 acres of land to stroll on with your pet or friends.

You can't miss the Brownsville Station sign with it's signature maroon roof when you arrive at 110 Wood Street. Go ahead and turn in, and you will find lots of bulldogs living in a premier location.

Our buildings are an attractive gray, with maroon roofs over our featured covered concrete patios. Residents enjoy using their concrete patios for socializing, barbequing, or simply relaxing at the end of the day. There are 12 multi-story buildings (some with 6 units and some with 7 units) for you to choose from. All buildings have one bedroom units on the first floor and two bedroom units in a townhouse arrangement on the top two floors. All two bedroom units have two floors, with the bedrooms on the top floor, each bedroom with its own bath. All baths have ceramic tile floors.

 

 

We have 12 individual one-bedroom cottages located throughout the property. All cottages have stained concrete/ wood plank floor for the kitchen and dining areas with carpeted master bedrooms upstairs. All baths are ceramic tile with Jacuzzi tubs. Cottage residents enjoy a separate feeling of space while maintaining a close fit with the rest of the complex/

All features indicated below are available, but all utilities, internet and water are contracted by each tenant with the City of Starkville, or internet provider.
