My wife and I own the building facing Malloy Hall and USF. In the bottom three, USF grad students will depart by June 30.

This entire building was remodeled in 2019 with new appliances and updated bathrooms. 

The Large living room makes it possible for a 4th or 5th student. 

In the garage is a coin-operated laundry.  

One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. 

Owners pay for water and garbage. Tenants cover their PG & E and Cable. 

Students knock down our doors to live in this building. Send me a text if you're seeking an

apartment for July 2022. Two of the apartments are on two-year leases.

It's 2009 Fulton Street, bottom apartment. The one further up the street from Clayon.
