My wife and I own the building facing Malloy Hall and USF. In the bottom three, USF grad students will depart by June 30, and they can show it to you. 

This entire building was remodeled in 2019 with new appliances and updated bathrooms. 

The Large living room makes it possible for to house four or five students, but we hope for three students in the three bedroom two bath. 

In the garage is a coin-operated laundry.  

One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. 

Owners pay for water and garbage. Tenants cover their PG & E and Cable. 

Students knock down our doors to living in this building. Send me a text if you are parents or students who love the option of being 20 steps to class.

Apartment avialable. Two of the apartments are on two-year leases.

It's 2009 Fulton Street, bottom apartment. The one further up the street from Clayton
