Who can Lease in the House?

The house is occupied exclusively by female University of Utah students to share with one another. Due to the extraordinary nature of the fixtures and furnishings, we cannot allow any pets. You lease a shared room and share the house!

The Location.

There is no better location. Look at the map. The University Campus is a rough circular blob with a pie shape indent in the Northwest corner. The house is located in that indent. Most of the classroom buildings are also in the Western side of campus. The house is accross the street from one sorority house. It's a three minute or less walk to every other sorority house. The house is a five minute walk to the most popular off-campus hang-outs including the Pie Pizzeria. In addition to all of this, the house is located in a prestigious residential neighborhood on a road with very little traffic. It's the best of all worlds.

The House.  

The Utah Renaissance House is a fully furnished beautiful Italian Renaissance Architecture inspired 100+-year-old home with exceptional interior fixtures that include wood paneling, hard wood flooring, huge original wood framed windows, instant on gas and electric fireplaces, and luxurious finishings. Just look at the pictures. We can arrange a showing anytime. 

The house includes two kitchens, two dedicated study rooms, two laundry rooms, a large storage room, an amazing game room, and the most exceptional, comfortable, and functional living room you have ever seen. The house has state-of-the-art door locks on exterior doors and bedrooms that operate with fingerprints and codes. All are programed to self lock. The house has multiple exterior motion activated lights and cameras to deter and record everyone entering the property.

Parking.

Parking options include open spaces on the lot, a carport space, and garage parking with electric car charging. We are also a one minute walk from a University "U" parking lot that is never full. 

What is Included in the Rent?

Rent includes:

(1) professional weekly cleaning of house and bedrooms,

(2) all utilities,

(3) 5 Gb Google fiber & extremely fast Wifi,

(4) furnished bedrooms, 

(5) furnished and provisioned house, and 

(6) all maintenance of house, yard, furnishings, and appliances.
