-We are minutes from bus and subway transportation to all New York City, and an easy walk to local restaurants, cafes and Harlem sites. 

-18 minute walk to Columbia Campus. 12 minute subway ride.

-Central Park is a 10 minute walk away.

-There is a small desk and study area in the room.

-We have rented this extra bedroom to Columbia students for over 6 years.

-Female preferred. Non-smoker.

-We have a gentle old rescue Pug, Louise.

-1 bedroom with closet and full size bed. Bedroom is on the first floor. 

-1 Bathroom with tub and shower. Bathroom is located next to the kitchen on the garden level.

-Full access to the kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator.

-Use of pots, pans, and anything needed to prepare a small meal. China, glassware, utensils, etc.

-Living room and dining area.

-There is a washer and dryer in our basement.
