If the year were 1921, this would be a BRAND NEW duplex on Milwaukee's East Side, but it wouldn't be near UWM because UWM was built in 1956.

Anyway.

This duplex is NOT, I repeat NOT, haunted. But there is one available units starting in August.

It has three bedrooms, one of which is bigger than the others in both. Both ave a new kitchen floor in the past two years and come equipped with windows on each and every side, so light is generally pretty strong. The washer and dryer are separate for both units and new-ish, so you should be good to go there. The next part I don't think you'll care too much about, but I promise it is important: Brand New Furnace, Brand New Water Heater. These things will last, friend. No winter disaster here (fingers crossed).

What's all included? Water. The rest, not so much. But you're responsible and can handle that.

There's also a parking spot for each unit in the garage (no additional cost) and street parking isn't so bad. Walking to campus or Sendik's and Bel-Air is easy on all but the coldest of days. Some days will be cold, I can't do anything about that. You made the choice to live in Milwaukee, not me.
