Description

Master bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house. Feel free to text me anytime ( can be late at night or early morning :) it's the quickest way to reach me. If you call and I don’t answer, just leave a voicemail!

Master bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and its own separate floor in the 3 bedroom & 2.5 bathroom ( 3 floor) are available for rent! One master bedroom on the third floor is available for $975 (Garage is included). The other 2 roomates are second year medical students (Female & Male)

The house is very close to the ATSU campus (7-10 minutes away). 5 min away from grocery store. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and nice.

The house has 3 floors:

1st-floor living room that can be used as a shared study room or TV room or exercise room and it includes a laundry room and a half bathroom.

2nd-floor includes 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, bigger living room, dinning room and kitchen.

3rd-floor is the master bedroom with a separate bathroom.

 

General information about the house:

-The house is furnished, except for the rooms. I also offer to furnish your room for a bit extra per month.

-Washing machine/dryer is included in the house

-2 garage spots will be included, but parking in the complex is available as well.

-24 hour security guard available.

-A community pool is available.

-Utilities are not included in the rent but everything will be divided fairly by 3 (approximately $60 in winter and $130 in summer)

-There is a biking trail around the community.

-2 min away from golf club

-4-10 min away from gym : ( 4 min away from Anytime Fitness, 7 min away from LA fitness & 10 min away from planet fitness )

-5-15 min away from restaurants and bars

-0.5 mile away from shopping center

-10-11 min drive from parks and hiking areas
