We are a traditional student residence with a prime Collegetown location one block away from the Cornell campus main entrance. We are now renting our rooms, and apartment for this next 2023 Spring and Summer Semester and also for the 2023-24 starting August 1.2023.
We still have severa nice rooms available for this Spring Semester Starting January 2023 the summer Semester, and also the 2023-24 school year starting August 2023.
Tenants rent their individually private locked rooms, but share common spaces. The rent price is all inclusive of all utilities with no cap on electricity. Our house is in the heart of Collegetown, 1-3 minutes from the business , law and engineering schools and the numerous shops & restaurants. We provide free cleaning of common rooms, free trash collection,free High speed Internet, and free premium cable TV. It is a Large sunny Victorian house with lots of traditional bay windows , high ceilings. and spacious rooms,
This house is quiet, clean, safe, and friendly. Common Areas are cleaned weekly We try to provide a pleasant and comfortable home from home .
