This is a dormitory-style living experience - you will have a private bedroom, with a shared Kitchen, Living Room and Bathroom.

Upscale off-campus shared-space living for students.  This is a unique option for students who wish to live off-campus but close to the school.  Located in the heart of historic Pitman, New Jersey this building offers each occupant a large private room (all of varying sizes) with full access to a common kitchen, 2 common bathrooms, and a lounge area.  

ALL utilities are included with the monthly rent.

All occupants enjoy the kitchen that is stocked with pots & pans, cleaning products, 1 shared full-sized refrigerator, a private locked cabinet & free Keurig coffee service.  On-site laundry, common area maintenance & cleaning, and 24-hour video security of halls, entryways, lounge & kitchen.
