Description

Come live in a spacious private suite less than a mile from the campus and Virginia Square metro on the orange line. It it a huge basement room with a large bathroom that has natural light, pretty decor, vintage woodwork and white walls, lots of windows, and your own entrance. The kitchen area, located by the room, has a mini fridge, microwave and storage shelves. Furnished with a full sized bed, chairs, tv (bring your own laptop, or Amazon stick) and tables.

We have storage space and a kitchenette next to your room, in the laundry room.

There's also a patio in the backyard.

About the house: This is located in a quiet, safe walkable neighborhood with sidewalks all the way to campus and to shopping and restaurants in Clarendon. Lots of trees and adorable wildlife - the last student who lived here said it looked like a Disney movie!  And the neighbors are nice too.

I live upstairs on the second floor, and work from home and I have a son who is gone at college during the school year.
