The Landing CoMo

When I moved in, I was missing closet doors, which were never replaced, and then they attempted to charge me for them being gone at the end of my lease. They attempted to deny me the promotion of two months free rent, even though I had written confirmation from their staff, because it wasn't on their letterhead. I had to take legal action to receive the promised promotion. Their was new staff every other month, and they were all very unprofessional and rude. The walls are so thin, I could hear my upstairs neighbors' phone ring and toilet flush. All the way until the day I left their were jobs left unfinished by the maintenance team. For example the exposed wires coming out of the thermostat from my AC that had been broken for almost the entire duration of the spring and summer semester. I initially chose these apartments based off the low rent and the high promotions, but at the end of the day I still feel like I received much less than I paid for. 0/10 I highly DO NOT recommend.
