What People Are Saying

Manager is extremely mean and rude. I subleased from previous tenant. I signed the new lease with Hayes and paid rentals and deposit. But they entered my room and moved the furnitures without notifying me. I didn't receive any email, message or call or anything. My room was messed up by them. When I sent email to the manager, she replied that 'You don’t have a right to live here anyway. We did you a favor. I emailed you about the sofas. I can come in for maint at anytime. You are a sublet. ' I am reealy scared that she would kick me out even though we have the lease. Because she said to me.
