Renting out semi-furnished room in the house. There is a coin laundry on site. House has tenants ages 18-28 or so, and most of them are SOU students. We have international students every year as well. The house is located one block to SOU campus.

Price for moving in: $550/month (includes rent+utilities + internet); $1000- refundable security deposit.

I have one room available now. I do sign fixed term agreements for the school year in the fall but summer lease can be month to month; OK to sign agreements semester by semester as well;  tenants may prolong agreement for longer stay if desired. I don't charge application fees or other fees except mentioned above. 

No pet policy, sorry.
