While we might be a substance free house, Gregory still loves to have fun. Gregory has two spacious living rooms allowing Gregorians to get together and play games, watch sporting events, and enjoy movies together. We have a particularly impressive board game collection and a projector for weekly game and movie nights. While we may be substance free at home, we enjoy going to social events and parties together as well, including those held by other nearby ICC homes and around campus. Gregorians pride ourselves on our unofficial cleanest house title and plan to keep it that way (we can’t only be known as the substance free house). We have a high proportion of singles to residents for the ICC and the doubles are comfortable to share. We have a wrap-around parking lot. The first floor and basement bathrooms are gender neutral and single user, while the second and third floors have communal bathrooms with gendered shower rooms. We also have an in-home printer, 2 washers, 2 dryers, and a kitchen full of baking and cooking supplies, and a small weight area in the basement. All rooms include furniture for each roommate; this includes a bed, a mattress, a desk, a chair, and a dresser with shelves. Rooms are carpeted and include at least 1 window.
