4 bedrooms are available in this spacious home just a 5-minute walk from central downtown! Great for interns or students spending their summer in Ann Arbor. 

 

Exact dates vary between rooms, but we have options from mid-May to mid-August 2025! We are happy to rent out on a room-by-room basis or rent multiple to a group (one person per bedroom)

 

• 6 bedrooms (subletting 4) and 2 full bathrooms

• Rate: $800/month per room, utilities included

• All rooms and common spaces fully furnished

• In-unit washer & dryer 

• Large backyard with space for free parking for 6 cars

• The house does not have central AC, but two bedrooms currently have a window AC unit, and the others can easily accommodate one! 

• The house also comes with outdoor security cameras 

 

We are a group of 6 college students with 4 of us leaving for the summer. You’ll have two wonderful roommates in their early twenties. One is female and one is non-binary, so we are also looking for female or non-binary subletters, ideally in the same age range.
