Description

Students can "sleep in a silo" at the Quaker Square Residence Hall. Quaker is one of the most distinctive residence halls in the nation, housing 400 residents on eight floors of this historic building.

Meal Plans are required in order to live in this residence life hall.

Students are able to use scholarships in order to pay for on-campus properties

University of Akron housing contracts provide a level of flexibility that other properties cannot offer.  We offer one semester only contracts to those students who will be graduating in December or participating in a co-op or internship away from campus for a semester.  Also, if you stop attending the University of Akron, you can cancel your contract (some penalties may apply), but you do not need to worry about sub-leasing your space.
